I had a bit of a letdown. First, the carpet had some noticeable holes. Then, there were no slippers in the room, though I was told I could request them. I requested slippers. I even called AGAIN to remind them. Honestly, I thought that was a bit much to ask for slippers twice.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at check in. the rooms are very clean and spacious, what a find! the hotel location is really convenient. It's near education city.
the room i had, was a little small though, especially for two adults. it's something to consider if you have lots of luggage. i would have appreciated a microwave in the room.

rooms are specious, really clean, and quiet. there is one queen bed with a twin sofa, the bed was amazing! i had a non-smoking double room.

the pool is open from 7am to 9pm, that is fantastic! i definitely made use of the hotel pool, really refreshing after a long day. i enjoyed the temperature.

i found the facilities clean and well-kept. the staff responded quickly to my requests. i especially appreciated the high-speed wifi available throughout the hotel.. it allowed me to stay connected for work and leisure.
i experienced a slight delay when requesting additional towels one evening, it took longer than expected for them to arrive at my room.

I appreciated the tasty pizzas at the restaurant. They reminded me of Milan. The staff at the restaurant were courteous, especially Preeti and Ashish. The pool was a good size for both adults and children and included a warm jacuzzi. I also liked that they provide towels and life jackets at the pool.

The room lacked basic toiletries. i expected at least soap and shampoo to be available in the bathroom, but i found none. the absence was inconvenient. I had to purchase these items separately, that was irritating, particularly after a long day of travel. furthermore, the noise isolation was poor. I could hear conversations and other disturbances from adjacent rooms.
